Community School Facilitator

I am Lisa Norton, the Community School Facilitator (CSF) at Pleasant Plains Elementary School. My role is to lead and manage the Community School Initiative. The Community Schools Initiative exists to ensure equitable resources and supports which create the conditions for success for students, families, communities, and staff, alike. This is achieved through shared vision and leadership, diverse partnerships and a collaborative approach. Pleasant Plains Elementary will serve as a hub that brings families, communities, and partners together to support the whole child and remove barriers to learning.
